Cozy Harvest turns Thanksgiving into 24 wide, landscape coloring scenes. Each page looks in on one moment of the holiday, from a pumpkin pie on the kitchen table to a porch at night, and no people appear in any of them.
Where the turkeys are
Live turkeys appear in 14 of the 24 scenes: strutting through a sunflower garden, standing by a barn door, beside a pond with cattails, standing behind a porch tea table, at the window of a reading nook, and as a mother with two young ones in Turkey Family Garden. The Thanksgiving Table on page 17 has a roast turkey on a platter instead. The other nine are turkey-free: the pie, a set place at a candlelit table, a front door with a sunflower wreath, a still life of corn and pumpkins, a kitchen counter set for baking, three gift baskets on a porch bench, a fireside living room, a farm market stall and a garden table under a pergola.
Easy, Normal and Hard
- Easy (01–08) keeps one big subject up front, such as a single turkey, a pie or a basket, with only a fence, a window or a doorway behind it.
- Normal (09–16) sets the turkey or table inside a fuller scene, with an orchard, a barn, a pond or a farmhouse kitchen behind it.
- Hard (17–24) fills the frame. The Thanksgiving Table has four place settings with leaf napkin rings, two pies, a bread basket, cranberries and a casserole; Autumn Market has crates, a chalkboard sign and a cobbled square; Moonlit Harvest Porch adds a crescent moon and stars.
The color versions lean on pumpkin orange, gold leaves and turkey brown, with blue skies on the outdoor pages and a deep blue night on page 23.
Printing in landscape
All of the pages are wide, so set your printer to landscape and Actual Size. In the 48-page books the odd pages are the line drawings and the even pages are the colored ones, so an odd-pages print gives you all 24 coloring sheets. The single-page PDFs and the PNGs are US Letter; A4 users can print straight from the A4 book.
