Common questions

My download link stopped working. Each purchase link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. If yours has run out, email us with your order number and we’ll reopen it.

I can’t open the file. Your purchase downloads as a ZIP file that needs unzipping first. How to download and unzip your files walks through it on each kind of device.

It printed the wrong size. Check that the print setting is 100% or actual size, and that the file matches your paper. See How to print at actual size and US Letter or A4.
