Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use doodlorastudio.com or buy from Doodlora Studio. Doodlora Studio is operated by LIE ZHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (No.185 6 Kin Tai Street, New Territories, Hong Kong). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

Everything in the shop is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what’s included, the file formats and the paper sizes. You print the files yourself, so results depend on your printer, paper and settings.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy three or more printables in one order, a 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for an order won’t change.

Downloads

After payment, your download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order email. Each link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. Please save your files somewhere safe. If your links run out before you’ve saved them, contact us and we’ll reset them.

Licenses

Every download includes a license PDF, and what you may do with the files is set out in the license. Buying a file gives you a license to use it; it doesn’t transfer the copyright, which stays with Doodlora Studio.

Doodlora Membership

  • Membership is a subscription billed monthly or yearly by Stripe until you cancel.
  • Members can download up to 50 files per calendar month (UTC). Unused downloads don’t carry over.
  • Member downloads come with the Personal License. The Commercial License is sold separately.
  • You can cancel at any time from My Account → Membership. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep the files you already downloaded.
  • If a membership payment is disputed with your bank, the membership is cancelled straight away.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Using the site

Please don’t share your download links or account with others, try to download files you haven’t paid for, or use automated tools to copy the site. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility

We check every product against its listing before it goes up and fix mistakes when they’re found. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
