How to Download and Unzip Your Files

Your files are ready as soon as your payment goes through. You’ll find a download link in two places: the order confirmation page that opens right after checkout, and the order email we send you. Each purchase downloads as one ZIP file, and your printables are inside once you unzip it.

Where your download is

On the order confirmation page. After you pay, the page that loads lists your order with a download link for each product, and you don’t need an account to use it.

In your order email. The same links arrive in your order email, so you can come back to them later. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder for the order email from our store.

In your account, if you made one. You can create an account at checkout. If you did, sign in and open Downloads under My Account to see everything you’ve bought.

If you’re a member. Sign in and open any product page. Below the buying options you’ll see “Your membership includes this” with a Download button for each file. Membership downloads use the Personal License files and count toward your 50 downloads a month, one for each ZIP you download. Downloading the same ZIP again in the same month doesn’t count again. The count resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

How many times you can download

Each purchase link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. That’s plenty for saving the file to your computer and a second device. Save the ZIP somewhere you’ll find it again, such as your Documents folder or cloud storage, rather than relying on the link.

If the link has expired or you’ve used all five downloads, contact us or email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll reopen it for you.

What’s in the ZIP

Every product comes as a single ZIP file. Inside are the product files themselves, usually PDFs for printables, or PNG, SVG or JPG files for clipart and wall art, plus a PDF copy of the license for the tier you bought. Products sold in more than one style or color give you the ZIP for the one you chose.

How to unzip

A ZIP file is a compressed folder, and your computer or phone can open it with the tools it already has.

Windows. Right-click the ZIP file, choose Extract All, and follow the prompts to choose where the files go. You can also open the ZIP and drag a single file out.

Mac. Double-click the ZIP file, and the unzipped folder appears in the same place as the ZIP, usually your Downloads folder.

iPhone or iPad. Open the Files app and find the ZIP, usually in Downloads. Tap it, and a folder is created with your files inside; tap the folder to open it.

Android. Open Files by Google, find the ZIP and select it. Tap Extract, then Done, and the files are saved in the same folder as the ZIP.

These steps follow the help pages from Microsoft, Apple and Google, which update them as their systems change.

If something goes wrong

The ZIP won’t open. A partly downloaded ZIP is smaller than it should be and won’t open, so download it again from your link and let it finish.

You can see the files but can’t open them. Most printables are PDFs. Most computers and phones open PDFs on their own; if yours doesn’t, a free PDF reader will.

You unzipped it on your phone but want to print from a computer. Download the ZIP again on the computer, or move the unzipped files there. Printing from a computer gives you more control over the settings.

Once your files are open, How to print at actual size and US Letter or A4 will help you get the first print right.
