Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Doodlora Studio collects when you use doodlorastudio.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Doodlora Studio is operated by LIE ZHE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (No.185 6 Kin Tai Street, New Territories, Hong Kong).
What we collect
- When you buy something: your name, email address, billing country and order details. We need these to deliver your downloads, send your receipt and handle support. About a week after an order is completed, we also send one email asking whether you’d like to review what you bought; we don’t send other emails about that order. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- If you create an account or join Doodlora Membership: your email address, a password (stored encrypted), your order and download history, and your membership status and monthly download count.
- If you leave a review: your rating and review text, shown on the product page with your first name and a “verified owner” label. Ask us and we’ll remove a review you wrote.
- When you contact us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
- When you browse the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time), kept for security and troubleshooting.
We don’t sell your information.
Cookies
- Shopping cart and account cookies set by our store software (WooCommerce), so your cart and sign-in are remembered.
- Security cookies set by Cloudflare, which protects the site from bots and attacks.
- Payment cookies set by Stripe on the checkout page, to process your payment and help prevent fraud.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us, and which printables are added to carts and bought. The reports are aggregated; we don’t use them to identify you.
In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe processes payments and membership billing.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the website.
- Zoho hosts our email, including [email protected].
- Our hosting provider (Vultr) runs the server the site lives on.
- Google provides website analytics (Google Analytics).
Each of them handles your data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually seven years. Account data stays until you ask us to delete your account. Server logs are deleted after a short period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK and California, you may have further rights under local law. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date below.
