Big orange feet and a bit of attitude run through all 30 of these goose designs. They’re drawn in a retro cartoon style with thick dark-brown outlines, and the color work sticks to cream, orange, tomato red, slate blue, mustard and leaf green.
Ten geese in outfits
The white geese are the center of the set. One struts with a giant red bow, one kicks up a leg in blue rain boots and a straw hat, and one hides shyly under a wide sunhat. Others hold a bunch of daisies, hug an orange pumpkin, or stand in blue overalls holding a potted daisy. A mother goose leads two yellow goslings, and a sleepy goose curls up with a red bow, its big feet sticking out.
Three of them line up with the calendar: a winter goose in a mustard knit hat with a red scarf, the fall pumpkin hugger, and a Christmas goose in a Santa hat with holly and a red neckerchief.
Silhouettes, outlines and footprints
The eight silhouettes are solid shapes with only a small wing mark and eye left open: geese standing, strutting, honking with wings out and flying, a mother with two goslings, and a flock of three with one bent down to graze. Two of the standing poses and two of the flying ones are close variations of each other.
The four line drawings are open outlines, like a coloring page: a goose with a ribbon bow, a goose in a hat holding up a big daisy, a black-necked goose waving a wing in a bow tie, and a mother goose nuzzling her gosling. The two track designs are orange webbed footprints, a pair under a little heart and a trail of four.
Six sayings in red and blue
Each saying mixes tomato red and slate blue capitals around a small goose:
- “SILLY GOOSE”, with a walking goose in a blue cap and bow tie
- “LOOSE GOOSE”, with a goose running in a red neckerchief
- “HONK MORE WORRY LESS”, with a goose honking, wings up
- “LITTLE HONK BIG HEART”, with a goose hugging a red heart
- “WADDLE HAPPY”, with a goose kicking in yellow rain boots
- “GARDEN DAYS GOOSEY WAYS”, with a goose in a sunhat peeking over daisies
The lettering is already outlined, so it opens as shapes in every format.
Black outlines in the mono folder
The monochrome copy of each dressed-up goose and saying is black outline art with the body left open, so it reads like a line drawing. Bigger pieces of clothing, like the boots, scarf, overalls and bows, stay solid black. The silhouettes and tracks are simply solid black there.
The color SVGs are flat fills, about 12 to 40 colors per design, and a few of those are near-matching creams and reds, so merge them first if you plan to recolor. The guide’s starting widths are 10 to 11 inches for an adult shirt, 7 to 8 inches for a child’s shirt, 3 to 4 inches for a mug, and 6 inches or more when there’s detailed lettering. For small cuts, it points you to the silhouettes or the bolder monochrome designs, since fine faces and thin outlines need more room.
The PNGs are 3600 x 2880 pixels, which is 12 inches across at 300 dpi. DXF files come in without a unit, so set the size after import. The shirt and mug photos are mockups.
