Every pup in these 30 dachshund designs has the same chocolate-and-tan coloring, with glossy dark eyes, pink cheeks and long floppy ears. Sage green, cream and soft pink show up on the bandanas, sweaters and hearts. If your own doxie is black and tan, red or dapple, none of the color art comes in those markings.
Smooth, long and wire coats
Designs 15 to 17 show one standing dog drawn three ways: a sleek smooth coat, a longhaired coat with feathered ears, chest and tail, and a scruffy wirehaired coat with bushy brows and a beard. Designs 18 to 20 are head-only portraits of the same three coats, for when you want just the face.
Dressed-up pups, silhouettes and extras
Each of the eight characters has one prop or mood. One stands in a green polka-dot bandana, one sits with a pink bow on its head, one wears a sage-and-cream striped sweater, and one lies flat hugging a pink heart. There’s a birthday doxie in a striped party hat, a pup with a daisy tucked by its ear, a play bow with the tail up, and one asleep, stretched out on its belly.
The six silhouettes are solid dark shapes: standing, running with its ears flying, sitting, stretching in a play bow, sniffing the ground and curled up asleep. The sniffing and sleeping ones keep a few thin lines for the eye, ear and legs. Three small extras finish the set: a paw print, a cream bone with a pink heart, and a paw print inside a heart.
Seven sayings
Each saying sits in bold capital letters under one of the character pups, so the phrases pair up with the poses above:
- “WIENER DOG MOM” with the bandana pup
- “DOXIE LIFE” with the bow
- “LONG DOG LOVE” with the striped sweater
- “SHORT LEGS BIG HEART” with the heart hug
- “DACHSHUND DAD” with the party hat
- “STAY LONG” with the daisy
- “LITTLE LEGS BIG ADVENTURES” with the play bow
The lettering is already outlined in every format.
What the mono files look like
The mono folder turns each design into one dark shape on a transparent background. The dark coat stays solid, while the tan points, muzzle, paws, bandana and sweater open up as gaps, so the face still reads. That is also why the guide warns that small eyes, letters and accents may need careful weeding. The six silhouettes look the same in both folders.
The color files go the other way. Each dog is detailed artwork built from several hundred small color shapes, up to about 1,100 on the wirehaired coat. The guide sends simple cuts to the mono versions and suggests the transparent PNG for printing.
For size, the guide starts a shirt design at 10 to 11 inches wide, a mug at 3 to 4 inches, and anything with detailed lettering at 6 inches or more. Make a small test first, and mirror the design only if your transfer material needs it. The PNG covers 12 inches wide at 300 dpi; past that, use the SVG or EPS. The DXF files carry no unit, so set the final width after you import them. The shirt and mug pictures are mockups.
