Cute Animal Coloring Bookmarks is a 58-page book of animal bookmarks to color, cut out and use. The cover suggests it for ages 3 to 8 with an adult helping. Each coloring page holds two bookmarks side by side, and each bookmark has one animal under its name in bubble letters, with flowers, bubbles, leaves or stars filling the space around it.

The 25 bonus pages
Design your own (5 pages). Each page has two empty bookmark outlines with a small label at the top: My Animal, My Adventure, Magic Friend, My Favorite and My Mascot. Kids draw, name and color a character of their own.
Animal name practice (10 pages). Six animals per page, each with a tiny picture of its bookmark, the name in capitals, the same letters spaced out in light gray to copy, and a line to write it again. The pages run through all 60 names in the same order as the coloring pages.
Reading reward bookmarks (10 pages). Two animal bookmarks per page, both with the same message at the bottom (Great Reader!, Awesome Job!, Keep Reading!, You Did It!, Reading Star!, Book Explorer!, Super Reader!, Read and Grow!, Amazing Effort! and One More Chapter!) above a small “My reading celebration” line. The characters on them come from the main set.
Paper and cutting
Page 2 suggests cardstock around 65 to 80 lb, as long as your printer can take it. Print single-sided at 100%, then cut along the outer solid rectangle of each bookmark. The coloring is meant for crayons or colored pencils.
Questions
- What age is it for?
- The cover says ages 3 to 8 with adult help. The outlines are bold and rounded for crayons and colored pencils, and the instructions ask an adult to do or help with the cutting.
- Can I print it on A4?
- The file is US Letter only. On A4 paper, choose Actual Size and center the page; don't use Fit to Page. Check the 1-inch test line on page 2 before printing the rest.
