A round cartoon turkey with big shiny eyes, a wide smile and a tail spread out behind it like a fan stars on all 24 of these turkey coloring pages. The pages are portrait, so the turkey stands tall and fills most of the sheet.
What the turkey gets up to
The Easy pages (01–08) keep the background light so the bird does the talking. It says hello from a pumpkin patch, struts past a split-rail fence, stands beside an apple basket, spreads its wings in an acorn meadow and pauses under two sunflowers. Then it puts on a striped scarf next to a steaming mug, visits a little red barn and sits down on a picnic blanket with pears.
The Normal pages (09–16) give each turkey a job or a place: gathering apples in the orchard, pulling a harness cart full of corn and pumpkins, standing behind a pie at a thankful table, taking tea on a tree stump, waiting at a pumpkin gate, wandering a cornfield, helping in a pie kitchen and resting on a porch at sunset.
The Hard pages (17–24) add the busiest backgrounds and patterned feathers. One turkey marches through a harvest festival under bunting. Another has leaf shapes drawn into every tail feather. There’s a quilt picnic with two pies, a greenhouse, a lantern-lit walk under a crescent moon, a farmhouse porch with a wreath, a woodland feast where a second, smaller turkey joins in, and a finale framed by sunflowers and two horns of plenty.
Coloring the tail
In the color versions the body stays turkey brown with a cream chest, and the tail feathers run through red, orange, gold and sage green. Tail feathers are drawn as separate stripes and scallops, which makes them a good place to use every crayon in the box, or to copy the color page stripe by stripe.
The 48-page books put each line drawing on an odd page and its colored version right after it. Print only the odd pages to get the 24 turkeys to color. The single PDFs and PNGs are US Letter; take A4 pages from the A4 book.
