Ocean World has 36 coloring bookmarks, three to a page, and each one is labeled at the bottom with its name and a number from OCEAN / 01 to OCEAN / 36. The inner frame of every bookmark rises to a rounded arch at the top, with bubbles drifting up and seaweed, coral and shells along the bottom.

Six collections

Collection Designs
Ocean Companions Blue whale, dolphin, sea turtle, manta ray, manatee, hammerhead shark
Reef Fish Clownfish, blue tang, butterflyfish, lionfish, pufferfish, angelfish
Drift and Flow Octopus, squid, jellyfish, cuttlefish, nautilus, sea anemone
Small Sea Wonders Seahorse, starfish, crab, lobster, shrimp, sea urchin
Shells and Sea Gardens Conch shell, scallop shell, mussel shell, coral garden, kelp forest, sand dollar
Underwater Adventures Submarine, diver, treasure chest, shipwreck, diving helmet, reef arch

Not everything is an animal. The fifth collection is shells and habitats, and the sixth goes exploring with a submarine, a diver, a treasure chest and an old diving helmet on the sea floor.

Two PDFs, same pages

The line-art PDF is the one to color. The color reference PDF has the same 17 pages in the same order, with every bookmark finished in sea-glass teal, coral, sand and soft purple. Print a color page next to the outlines if a child wants a model to follow. The pictures are imaginative illustrations rather than a field guide, so a kid who colors the octopus green isn’t wrong.

Pages 15 and 16 hold six empty arched bookmarks labeled My Sea Creature, My Coral Reef, My Sea Garden, My Submarine, My Hidden Treasure and My Ocean Adventure. They stay blank in both PDFs.

Printing

Print single-sided at 100% and measure the 1-inch test line on page 2 before printing the rest. For A4, center the US Letter pages at 100% without scaling. Cut along the thin outer rectangle of each bookmark. Cardstock gives a sturdier bookmark, and an adult should help with the cutting.
