These classic car coloring pages cover several decades of old-style cars rather than one model. You get upright sedans with tall grilles, open runabouts and roadsters with spoked wheels, round-fendered coupes, long finned convertibles, station wagons, a little round compact and a farm pickup. Badges and brand names are left off, so the grilles and chrome are yours to design.
Scenes worth a second look
- Drive In Evening (14): a finned sedan parked in front of a blank movie screen under a crescent moon, with popcorn on a folding table
- Autumn Covered Bridge (15): a sedan beside a wooden covered bridge with pumpkins and falling leaves
- Camping Cruiser (11): a station wagon with luggage on the roof rack, two tents and a campfire pot
- Winter Holiday Village (20): a wagon carrying a tree on its roof through a snowy street with a snowman and gifts
- Old Town Lantern Walk (22): a vintage sedan under strings of round paper lanterns, with a tiered pagoda and a stone bridge behind
- Desert Road Trip (19): a coupe beside cactus, adobe walls and a pile of old suitcases
Three levels
Pages 01–08 put the car in simple settings such as a park lawn, a beach or a lakeshore. Pages 09–16 add barns, bridges, markets and harbors. Pages 17–24 are busy fairs, gardens and villages where the car is one part of a big scene: the Seaside Classic Parade alone has bunting, a Ferris wheel, a pier and a crate of shells.
Printing
Landscape, Actual Size, US Letter or A4. The outline of each design is the odd page in the 48-page books, followed by the colored version.
