Subway Train Coloring Pages
Modern metro trains with long rows of doors and windows, drawn at 24 stops around a city: arched underground halls, glass-roofed platforms, elevated tracks and a bridge over the river. Pages run from open, simple layouts to crowded skyline views, each with a colored guide.

The trains here are present-day metro trains: rounded driver’s cabs with a big windshield, two or three linked cars, and sets of double doors along each side. There are no people on any page, so the train and the station architecture do all the work. Each landscape page is titled at the top.
Above ground and below
Only some of the 24 pages are actually underground. Beneath the Arches and Grand Underground show tiled station halls with arched ceilings, clocks, benches and a suitcase on the platform, and Tunnel Hello has a train coming out of a tunnel mouth in a grassy hill. The rest follow the line through the city: elevated tracks on concrete pillars, a glass-roofed station, a garden stop with planters, a viaduct over a river, a stone bridge in an old town, a botanical station with palms and hibiscus, and a depot yard with two trains.
Weather and time of day change too. Rainy Day Metro has raindrops and puddles, Snowy City Line has snow-covered roofs and pines, Sunset Commute curves toward a low sun behind tall buildings, and City Lights Return runs along an elevated line under the moon with cars on the road below.
Simple to busy
The first eight pages give the train most of the space, with a sun, a few clouds and simple buildings. From page 09 the stations get platforms, signs and roof structures, and the last eight add skylines, river arches and street traffic. The colored guides mostly use white trains with red, teal or blue stripes.
The books put each outline on an odd page and its colored version on the next even page. Set the printer to landscape and Actual Size, one side per sheet.
