Every aircraft in this set is drawn as a real type of plane, with cockpit glass, propellers, engines and landing gear in the right places. There are no cartoon faces. The pages are landscape, so long wings and fuselages fill the sheet from side to side, and each one has its scene name printed at the top.
Which planes you get
The 24 designs cover most of what you would see at an airport or a small airfield:
- Propeller planes: a high-wing trainer outside a hangar, a low-wing plane on a farm airstrip with a tractor behind it, twin-prop planes at a control tower and in the mountains, and a big-tired bush plane at an alpine field
- Biplanes: one in a sunny field, one parked in a vintage hangar with bunting, and one on show at an aviation garden gathering
- Floatplanes and seaplanes: a floatplane on a lake, another tied up at a coastal dock with a lighthouse, and a twin-engine seaplane at a harbor festival
- Gliders: over a meadow, at a glider club, and soaring above a valley with a windmill and stone bridge
- Jets: a passenger jet flying over a village, a small business jet, a jet at the gate with baggage carts, a city approach, and a night arrival under the moon and stars
- Cargo: a twin-prop freighter on the apron and a four-engine cargo plane with pallets at sunset
How the three levels differ
Easy pages 01–08 keep the plane large against a simple field, lake, runway or open sky. Normal pages 09–16 add hangars, luggage, boats and farm buildings. The eight Hard pages (17–24) fill the background: the Grand Airport Journey page alone has a control tower, boarding stairs, a van and a train of baggage carts. The printing guide that comes with the set describes this as a path for children and teens, starting with larger spaces and moving on to the busier scenes.
Printing
In the two complete PDFs, the line art is on odd pages and its colored version on the even page that follows. Set your printer to odd pages if you only want the outlines. Print at Actual Size, single-sided, in landscape.
