Cute Airplane Coloring Pages for Preschool
Thirty-six portrait coloring pages where every plane has a face: a winking propeller plane, a sleepy jet above the clouds, a seaplane splashing down. The set follows a little trip from packing a suitcase to a window seat, and each design also comes as a finished color page.

This airplane coloring book is drawn with big, simple shapes. The pages are portrait, one big plane per page in most designs, and every plane has a face: wide eyes, a grin, a wink on the little propeller plane, closed eyes on the jet drifting above the clouds. Backgrounds stay simple, mostly clouds, a sun, hills or a runway, so there is plenty of open space for crayons.
A trip from start to finish
The page order works like a short picture story. The first six pages introduce the planes one by one, including a passenger plane, a cargo plane and a seaplane. Then the set moves into the airport: arriving at the terminal, checking in, a rolling suitcase, the baggage carousel, the control tower, boarding the plane and getting ready for takeoff. Eight sky pages follow, over mountains, over the ocean, through rain clouds, on a night flight and through a rainbow. After that come the travel pages with children in them, packing a bag, sitting by the window and having a snack on board.
Friends and bonus pages
Pages 29 to 32 put the plane next to a helicopter, a hot air balloon, a little bird and a whole airplane family. The last four pages are a little different from the rest. One is a letter page, A is for Airplane. Another is a poster that says Let’s Fly!, then a repeating airplane pattern, and finally My Airplane Adventure.
Line art and color files
The outlines and the finished color pages are separate PDFs, so you can print the coloring book on its own and keep the color versions on screen as a guide, or print one to hang next to a child’s own version. Each page prints its group name, title and page number at the top and bottom.
