A Little Space for Me is a printable self-reflection journal of 64 pages. It isn’t dated and doesn’t ask for daily entries. The opening pages suggest choosing a rhythm (a daily check-in, a weekly sit-down, or only when you need clarity) and changing it if it starts to feel like pressure.
The eight sections
- Welcome and getting started. A name page, how you want to use the journal, and a starting snapshot where you rate mood, energy, stress and connection from 1 to 10.
- Know yourself. Who you are right now, an energy map for morning, afternoon and evening, twelve little joys, a values list to circle, and an ideal ordinary weekday.
- Understand your emotions. A feeling map, a page that traces one feeling back to what happened before it, stress signals sorted by body, thoughts, behavior, sleep and energy, and a page that sorts what you can and can’t control.
- Calm and reset. Reset ideas sorted by 5, 15 and 30 minutes, a five-senses grounding list, a calm corner plan and a 10-minute reset checklist.
- Self-worth and self-compassion. Wins big and small, what you’d say to a friend, an inner critic page, and a letter to yourself.
- Boundaries and relationships. Where you need a boundary, your social energy, asking for what you need, and letting go.
- Growth and life direction. What you want more and less of, a goal that matters to you, a 30-day intention and a list of things to try.
- Reflection and looking forward. A look back at your patterns, a growth timeline, a personal toolkit and a note to your future self.
55 of the 64 pages carry a short Reflection Lens note, and 36 add a Try This suggestion, so the writing space always comes with a nudge. Sections 3 and 8 are the longest, at 10 pages each.
Paper or screen
Print the US Letter, A4 or A5 file at actual size. The fillable copy is US Letter with multi-line typing boxes on 59 pages. The five pages without them are the cover and four pages of printed maps, lists and reminders. The included note says to open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another app that handles PDF forms and to save your own copy before typing, since some browser viewers don’t keep the entries.
The bonus pack prints separately on Letter paper. Its 30 daily prompts fill three pages, and the affirmation and check-in cards print six to a page for cutting apart.
What it is and isn’t
The journal is a set of writing prompts for everyday reflection. The name page at the front states plainly that it is not a substitute for professional care, and the emotion pages describe each answer as a possibility rather than a diagnosis.
