The Seasonal Wellness Journal is an undated, 36-page printable built around the four seasons instead of the calendar month. You open it at the season you’re actually in, fill in its pages, and come back when the weather turns.
The same seven pages, four times
Each season has the same set of seven pages, and the repetition is deliberate. The season opener names a tea, two foods and one ritual for that time of year. The intentions page asks what you want the season to feel like and what you’re willing to put down. The tea ritual page gives brewing notes for the season’s tea and nine lines for short notes on each pot. The body and breath page lists four small seasonal habits, such as opening the windows before the phone in spring, above a seven-day tracker for sleep, movement and ease.
Then come six seasonal foods with room to note what you cooked, nine ritual boxes with six already filled in and three left for you, and a looking-back page to finish before the next season starts.
Tea and food through the year
The teas move with the weather: first-flush green tea in spring, white tea or chrysanthemum in summer, oolong in autumn and aged pu-erh or black tea in winter. The food lists follow the same idea, from young greens and bamboo shoots to pear, lotus seed, ginger and walnut. The tea and food pages are a framework for your own notes, not medical advice.
Closing pages
After winter there is a page for the small things from each season, two plain notes pages and a short closing page that sends you back to spring.
Printing and tablets
Print at 100% on US Letter or A4 plain white or cream paper. The pages have a warm paper-colored background, and the layout is meant to read well in black and white if you’d rather save ink. The PDF also works in note-taking apps like GoodNotes or Notability. Duplicate a page before you write on it and you’ll keep a clean copy for next year.
