Each of the 30 cupcake coloring pages here is black line art with one design to a page. The contents page at the front of each PDF groups them, and the designs follow that order from the simplest cupcakes to full party scenes.
What’s on each page
| Designs | What you’ll color |
|---|---|
| 01–10, single cupcakes | One cupcake per page, each with a different top: a tall soft-serve swirl, rosettes, a dome with dots, a strawberry, a cherry, a citrus slice, three berries, round candies and stars, a drippy glaze and little flowers |
| 11–16, holiday cupcakes | A birthday candle with balloons, hearts, bats with a pumpkin pick, a star with holly, bunny ears with eggs, and a star with sparkles |
| 17–22, cupcake characters | Cupcakes with faces, arms and legs: cheering, waving, holding up an empty sign, looking surprised, hugging a star, and stepping along with spiky frosting |
| 23–26, towers and parties | Two tiered cupcake stands, one under bunting, a birthday table with a gift and balloons, and a picnic blanket under bunting |
| 27–28, cupcake shops | A bakery storefront with cupcakes in the window, and a display case |
| 29–30, lettering | “Sweet Treats” with two cupcakes, and “Happy Birthday” with a cupcake and balloons, both in outlined letters to color in |
How the drawings sit on the page
The lines are smooth and even, with big shapes and only a few small details inside, such as liner stripes, sprinkles and faces. Nothing is shaded.
The first ten cupcakes are drawn fairly small, about 3 to 4 inches wide, and sit in the lower part of the page with 2½ to 4½ inches of blank paper above them. The holiday pages and characters are wider, and the stands, party scenes and shops fill most of the page.
The cover is black line art too, with outlined title letters, so it can be colored like the rest or skipped. There are no colored example pages, so all the color choices are yours.
Printing
Use the PDF that matches your paper, US Letter or A4, and print portrait, single-sided at Actual Size or 100%. The guide suggests printing one test page first to check the margins and ink. The PNGs are full US Letter pages on white, handy when you want a single design without opening the whole PDF. They are not cut-out clipart with a transparent background.
