These 30 bunny bead patterns all star one character: a cream bunny with pink ears and paws who holds something different each time. In the first six it carries flowers, a watering can or butterfly wings. Then come fruit (a strawberry, a carrot, an apple, a lemon, blueberries, cherries), sweets (a cupcake, an ice cream cone, a macaron, a donut, a cookie, a cup of tea), a sleepy sky group with a moon, a rainbow and a cloud, and six everyday scenes such as a picnic basket, a raincoat with an umbrella and a birthday cake.
How big a bunny comes out
Every grid is 160 beads wide and 184 to 264 tall, and one bunny takes between 18,529 and 27,656 beads. On 5 mm beads that is 80 cm (31.5 in) across; Raincoat, the tallest, stands about 132 cm (52 in). On 2.6 mm mini beads the width drops to 41.6 cm (16.4 in). The pack calls these large display projects and asks you to check your board space first, so they suit someone planning a wall piece over several sessions rather than a quick keychain.
Working from 32 colors
Each bunny has its own palette of 32 shades, coded A to Z and 0 to 5, and a code means a different shade in the next design. Colors are given as hex values, not one brand’s color numbers, so you hold your own beads up to the swatches. The overview map in the collection PDF shows the whole bunny with a bead total for every code. For placing beads you work from that design’s own PDF, where 12 enlarged panels split the grid by column and row number. Neighboring panels repeat two rows or columns at the join, so line them up by the coordinates and skip the beads you have already placed.
Each design is a single connected piece. The grids also come as CSV and JSON files if you want to recolor a bunny in a spreadsheet or your own pixel editor.
Before you iron
The charts are placement maps, not life-size templates, so the paper stays beside the pegboard. The pack leaves heat settings to your bead maker’s directions, asks that an adult handles the iron and that each piece cools flat. They fit any 5 mm fuse beads, Perler included, as well as mini beads. Doodlora Studio has no affiliation with Perler.
