Office Party Games
Thirty games for coworkers, each written as a page a host can read straight to the room, with a debrief question at the bottom to turn play into a short team talk. A selector at the back sorts them by time, group size and whether people can leave their chairs.

Office Party Games is a 43-page printable set of 30 group games for coworkers, built for meeting openers, team-building afternoons and the office party. Every game takes one page, and the page is written so a host can read the steps aloud without preparing a script.
Five categories, six games each
- Icebreaker. Two Truths and a Lie, a Name Game for new or merged teams, Human Bingo and Would You Rather, with starter prompts like “Email or chat messages?” and “Open plan or your own door?”
- Communication. Back-to-back drawing, Telephone with a real sentence from your own work, a 30-second describing game seeded with words like “stakeholder” and “backlog,” office charades (“replying all by accident”) and a two-minute pitch.
- Teamwork. An escape room, a tower of 20 paper cups per team, Human Knot, Trust Walk, Group Juggle and an egg drop.
- Creative. A shared mural, Brainstorm Blitz, a four-panel comic strip, a team playlist, a time capsule and a team flag.
- Relaxing. Simon Says, Musical Chairs, Four Corners and Freeze Dance, followed by an office scavenger hunt of twelve finds (three of them need help from another department) and a closing trivia quiz.
What sets the pages up for work
Each game ends with one debrief question, such as “Which lie almost worked, and what made us believe it?”, and the host tips point out the part most people get wrong. The selector at the back sorts games six ways: 5, 15 or 30 minutes, nobody able to leave their chair, groups over 20, and games that get people moving. The host checklist reminds you to ask about physical contact and mobility before choosing Human Knot or Trust Walk, and gives two session shapes: one quick icebreaker to open a meeting, or two teamwork games, one creative and one relaxing for a longer afternoon.
Printing
Print single-sided at 100%. Heavier paper (120 gsm or more) lasts better in a workshop, but copier paper works. Each page has a colored band on its outer edge that steps down by category, and each band also carries its own shape, so the five categories stay distinct in black and white and the stacked pages work as a flip index.
Questions
- Can we play on a video call?
- The selector names eight games that run on a call with no changes (games 2, 8, 11, 12, 20, 22, 23 and 30) and three more (1, 21 and 29) that need one small adjustment each.
- Does the trivia quiz come with questions?
- It gives you a three-round format (general knowledge, your industry, your company) and six sample questions about the office. The rest you write yourself, which is the point of the company round.
