One hundred Christmas questions fill this deck, each with two options marked A and B. “Would you rather sip peppermint cocoa or cinnamon cocoa?” is card 01; card 81 asks whether you’d rather shrink small enough to visit a gingerbread house or step inside a snow globe. The cover names families, friends, teens and adults as the players.

Five categories of 20

  • Sweet Traditions: cocoa toppings, cookie decorating, a snack for Santa or for the reindeer.
  • Festive Style: tree toppers, a sweater with tiny bells or a scarf with golden stars, red-and-green or blue-and-silver.
  • Winter Adventures: sleigh rides, light trails, snow forts and the northern lights.
  • Christmas Gatherings: one present on Christmas Eve or all of them in the morning, funny gifts or thoughtful ones.
  • Holiday Magic: mittens that make cookies, a talking snowman, a day as an elf.

The category name sits on every card, so you can play one theme at a time or shuffle them all.

How a round goes

Shuffle, draw, read both options aloud, and everyone picks a side and says why. The how-to page offers three ways to play: Classic, where everyone answers; Majority Vote, where the group sees which option wins; and Guess My Answer, where you predict someone’s pick before they reveal it. Passing is always allowed. The 20 bonus challenges sit in a separate pile and come out after a question, asking someone to greet the room as a Christmas host, describe a gift that would make everyone laugh, or argue for the option they didn’t pick.

The keepsake sheet has rows for each player’s favorite Christmas treat and winter activity, the funniest and most surprising answers, and who knows them best.

Printing

On US Letter or A4 the cards print two to a page at their true 4 × 6 inch size. The guide suggests white cardstock of 80 to 110 lb, printing at 100%, and lamination if you want them for next year too. For matching backs, use the double-sided file and flip on the long edge after a two-page test; otherwise print the fronts and use the separate card back sheet.
