The flowers in Bloom & Cozy rarely stand alone. Most of the 50 main pages put a bouquet or a flower bed inside a full scene: peonies in a patterned pitcher next to a teacup, tulips in a glass vase beside an open notebook, hydrangeas around an Adirondack chair, sunflowers in buckets outside a florist’s door. Backgrounds are busy with leaves, windowpanes, floor tiles and folded fabric, while the main blooms are drawn large enough to shade petal by petal. There are no people in the scenes, only the occasional cat or butterfly.
Each page prints its title and chapter at the top.
Eight places flowers turn up
- Beautiful Bouquets (01–07). Arrangements on tables: a window-side arranging bench, peonies, a basket of daisies, morning tulips, roses wrapped in ribbon, wildflowers in a jug, sunflowers in a big pot.
- Flowers at Home (08–13). A reading chair with a sleeping cat, blossoms on a kitchen windowsill, lilies on a nightstand, a balcony café table, a shelf of potted orchids and a breakfast table.
- Garden Escapes (14–21). A rose arch gate, a greenhouse, a cottage path, a hydrangea corner, a butterfly bed, a potting bench, two chairs under an arbor, and a water-lily pond with a footbridge.
- The Little Flower Shop (22–28). The shop front with its awning, the bouquet counter, gift wrapping, a market stall, a bicycle with a full basket, the display window and a flower cart.
- Flowers Through the Seasons (29–34). Cherry blossoms over a bench, an April bulb garden, dahlias, a lavender field, chrysanthemums at a front door and hellebores on a winter porch.
- Slow Floral Living (35–40). A botanical journal, a flower press, a wreath in progress, a jug of flowers by a rainy window, a garden picnic and a conservatory.
- Botanical Discoveries (41–46). Orchids, irises by a stone wall, magnolia branches, a hibiscus courtyard, poppies with seed pods and a meadow bouquet.
- Flower Journeys (47–50). An English cottage door, a Mediterranean courtyard with a fountain, a Japanese iris garden and a table of freshly cut flowers to close.
The ten extras
Designs 51 to 60 are looser. Two are scenes with something missing on purpose: a large blank vase on a worktable, and a garden gate with an empty sign and bare raised beds. Three are all-over designs: a petal pattern, a floral mandala and butterflies among blossoms. The last five are pages to fill in, including a favorite-flowers record, a twelve-line garden bucket list, a bouquet planner with boxes for focal flowers, greenery and a palette, an empty flower studio to furnish, and a small certificate. On their colored versions, the writing boxes stay blank on a cream background.
Using the colored pages
The printing guide describes the color pages as cream, sage, blush, lilac and honey, and they’re meant as one idea, not a rule. In both complete books each outline is followed by its colored page, so printing odd pages gives you a stack of outlines only. The single-page PDFs are US Letter; on A4, pick the pages you want from the A4 book. Print at Actual Size, and slide a spare sheet under the page if you use markers.
