These bee outlines are all bumblebees: round bodies, short wings and fur shown as a ragged, jagged edge instead of a smooth line. In the solid version the pale fur bands across the body are cut out of the black, so the stripes still read with no color at all. The outline version traces the same edges as closed lines.

Eight bees on their own

Two of the singles are seen from straight above with wings spread, a slimmer one (01) and a rounder garden bee (06). Design 03 flies straight at you, showing a face with two large oval eyes. The rest are side and angled views: hovering (02), drifting forward at a tilt (04), standing on its legs (05), gripping a slanted stem as it climbs (07), and flying with its legs hanging down (08).

Flowers, hexagons and a wreath

Four designs pair a bee with a plant. One sits on a daisy with a dotted center, one clings to a round clover head above a three-part leaf, a small bee hovers beside a tall lavender sprig, and one perches at the edge of a sunflower. The sunflower’s seed head is drawn as dozens of small dots, and in the outline file each dot becomes its own little ring, around a hundred separate shapes.

Three designs use hexagons. Design 13 is seven hexagons in a cluster with no bee at all, 14 puts a bee inside a single hexagon frame, and 15 has a bee flying beside a cluster of three. The guide is clear that these are decorative shapes, not a picture of how bumblebees nest. Design 16 centers a bee in a wreath of leafy branches that meets at the bottom in two daisies.

Dashed flight paths and a pair

Three bees leave a dashed trail behind them: a loop (17), a heart (18) and a long arc (20). Every dash is a separate piece. Design 19 is the only one with two bees, a large one and a small one flying toward each other.

Solid, outline and the loose bits

A few solid bees are one connected shape, like the open-wing and round garden bees. Others split into a handful of parts where a pale band or a wing line cuts all the way through, and the wreath breaks into more than 20. The guide says plainly that the stripes, details and dashes need transfer tape or paper assembly, that fine legs and antennae need a test cut in your own material, and that none of these are one-piece stencil sheets.

The PDFs open with a page of notes and then give each version three ways: a single bee per page at roughly 6 inches on its longer side, four different designs per page at about 3 inches, and six per page at a little over 2 inches. Print them at Actual Size or 100%.

Questions

Do the dashed flight trails come out as one shape?
No. Each dash is its own small piece, and the same goes for some stripes and details on the solid bees. The guide says these parts need transfer tape or paper assembly and that the designs aren't one-piece stencil sheets.
Is the honeycomb meant to show a real bumblebee nest?
No. The guide calls the hexagon frames decorative craft symbols, not bumblebee nesting diagrams.
