The Baroque Daily Planner is an undated, nine-page planner for one week, designed like a gilded invitation: gold acanthus corners, a small crown over each day’s name, ribbon banners and diamond-studded dividers on a cream background. It’s the planner for someone who wants the page to look special before anything is written on it.
Each day has its own color and layout
Monday is wine red, Tuesday navy, Wednesday emerald, Thursday plum and Friday coral, and the colored ribbon across the top sets the tone for the whole page. Every weekday has the same pieces, but they’re arranged differently:
- Today’s priorities. Three numbered boxes, labeled must do, should do and could do on four of the five days.
- To-do master list. Ten numbered lines with boxes in alternating colors.
- Hour by hour. 8:00 to 6:00, shown as a vertical timeline on Tuesday, a horizontal one on Thursday, and split into morning and afternoon on Wednesday and Friday.
- Notes and ideas. A dot-grid panel.
- Water, meals and mood. Eight glasses to fill, three meals, and five stars.
Friday adds a small “daily wins” box.
The weekend spread
Saturday and Sunday share one page, side by side in pale pink and soft gold. Each day gets two focus boxes, six to-dos, morning, afternoon and evening plans, and a notes grid. A weekend reflection runs across the bottom: this week I’m proud of, next week I will, grateful for.
Printing
Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page.” The printing notes recommend 120–160 gsm matte paper to show the colors best, and ordinary 80 gsm copy paper also works. Nothing is dated, so print pages 3 to 8 again for each new week. The files can also be imported into a PDF note-taking app on a tablet.
