This printable wedding planner gathers the whole run-up to the day in 46 pages, meant to live in a three-ring binder. It has six sections, and each one starts with a divider page carrying a floral wreath and the section name, so you can find your place quickly.
The six sections
- Getting started. A wedding overview (names, date, venues, estimated guest count, total budget), your story, a vision and moodboard page, a color palette page, key dates from 12 months out to the day before, and a two-page master checklist grouped by months before the wedding.
- Guests and seating. Two guest list pages with columns for address, invitation, RSVP and meal choice, a headcount and save-the-date tracker, a head table page and two pages of table plans.
- Budget. A budget summary across twelve categories, a category page to reprint for big items, an expense tracker and a payment schedule for deposits and balances.
- Vendors. Side-by-side comparisons for three venues, caterers, photographers and florists, a vendor contact list, and a page of questions to ask, such as whether there’s a backup plan for rain.
- The wedding day. Day-of and reception timelines, a hair and makeup schedule, the ceremony order and procession, a menu planner, a music planner with a do-not-play line, a photo shot list and an attire page.

Setting it up
The how-to page suggests printing single-sided, three-hole punching and filing the pages behind the six dividers. Print only the pages you need, and reprint guest, budget and checklist pages whenever they fill up.
Three colors
The pages are identical in every color; only the flowers and accent color change. Classic Rose has pink and burgundy roses with dusty pink headings, Dusty Blue has white roses with blue blossoms and slate blue headings, and Sage Eucalyptus has white roses with eucalyptus leaves and sage green headings.
