Nine undated pages make up one week in this minimalist daily planner. Print it on Monday morning, or on any day you like, and print it again when the week is over. The pages are laid out with thin lines, soft panels of color and plenty of empty space.
The same core every weekday
Each weekday page has three boxes for today’s focus, a ten-line to-do panel, an hourly schedule from 8 am to 6 pm, five circles for mood, eight for water, a line for one good thing, and a dot grid for notes. A large faded initial for the day sits in the corner of the notes grid.
One section that changes
Below the trackers, each day gets its own small block:
| Day | Prompt on the page | The block |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | begin with intention | a week-at-a-glance strip and three goals for the week |
| Tuesday | protect your focus | three deep work sessions with minutes, and things to avoid today |
| Wednesday | halfway, breathe | a check-in row for each of three goals and what needs adjusting |
| Thursday | reach out, tidy up | people to reach out to and a list of errands |
| Friday | finish well | wins of the week and what carries over |
The weekend shares one page, with two focus boxes, six to-dos and a dot grid each for Saturday and Sunday, then a short weekly review: what went well, what to let go, and next week’s focus.
Palettes and printing
All five palettes contain the same nine pages. Classic Green pairs deep green text with sand and sage panels, Ink Black uses black with gray panels, and Slate Blue, Warm Terracotta and Soft Lilac tint the panels blue, peach and lavender. Print at 100% with fit-to-page turned off. The print guide suggests paper of 100 gsm or heavier, with 120 gsm working best for pens and highlighters. You can also import the files into a PDF note-taking app and duplicate the pages each week.
