This Valentine word search book has 40 puzzles, and only some of them are about romance. How a page is laid out
Each grid sits on the left with its word list in a column to the right, and a line under the grid restates how the words run at that level. On Easy (12 puzzles, 12 x 12, ten words) that’s right, down and up to two down-right diagonals. On Medium (16 puzzles, 15 x 15, twelve words) and Hard (12 puzzles, 20 x 20, sixteen words) it’s all eight directions, including backward. There’s also a blank for your time, so any page can double as a timed round.
The Easy lists are short and familiar, like Heart, Hug, Smile, Stamp, Seal, Candle and Wick. Hard lists go long. The Bonbon Collection wants Chocolate Ganache, Hazelnut Praline and Cherry Cordial, and A Little Book of Memories asks for Scrapbook, Ticket Stub and Reminiscence.
Answers and games
Answer pages mark every target path, including any word that turns up twice in the same grid.
