Every page in this planner is a blank template with labeled boxes, so it works for Spanish, Korean or anything else. Nothing is printed in a target language. You bring the words; the pages give them a place to go.
The nine sections
| Section | Pages | What’s in it |
|---|---|---|
| Start here | 1–5 | Cover, owner page, how-to-use steps, a five-stage roadmap, your reasons for learning |
| Goals and planning | 6–13 | 3/6/12-month goals, a SMART goal, a 90-day plan, monthly and weekly plans, a daily study page, an hourly schedule, a session planner |
| Vocabulary | 14–28 | Word list, deep dive, word of the day, words by topic, nouns with articles, verbs with three tenses, adjectives, adverbs, phrases, idioms, synonyms, antonyms, word families, first 100 words, review sort |
| Grammar | 29–36 | Grammar notes, formula page, conjugation, tenses, irregular verbs, sentence and question builders, ten-sentence practice |
| Practice | 37–43 | Reading, listening, speaking, writing, pronunciation, shadowing, conversation |
| Immersion | 44–48 | Movie and TV log, podcast log, book log, song study, resource ratings |
| Mistakes and review | 49–52 | Corrections, an error log, weekly and monthly reviews |
| Progress | 53–57 | 31-day habit tracker, study minutes, skill ratings, milestones, a before-and-after reflection |
| Notes | 58–60 | Lined notes, grid paper, a page for your next goal |
The noun page has room for a gender or article column and the verb page for present, past and future forms, so languages with those features are covered without assuming them.
Picking a size and edition
All eight planner files hold the same 60 pages. US Letter and A4 suit a full-size binder. A5 and half letter make a small notebook; the guide suggests printing A5 two to a sheet on A4 and cutting down the middle. The ink-saver edition swaps every color for gray and lightens the background tints, so it prints on the black cartridge alone.
Using it week to week
The printing guide lays out a first week: fill in your details and reasons on day 1, set goals and a 90-day plan on day 2, plan the week on day 3, block your hours on day 4, then start one daily study page per session. After that, reprint the pages you use most, such as the daily study page, vocabulary list, weekly plan and habit tracker.
