Teacher Appreciation Week Printables brings together 107 signs, cards and tags for thanking teachers. None of it is a game. It runs from 8 x 10 in posters down to 2.5 in labels, and every piece carries its own message.
Signs for the room
The 20 posters are 8 x 10 in, with messages like “You are a classroom hero,” “Thank you for going above & beyond” and “We couldn’t do it without you.” The 20 treat signs are the same size but made for a table of snacks, and most of them lean on a food pun: “Donut know what we’d do without you,” “Thanks a latte for all you do,” “You’re pizza-perfect,” “You take the cake.” Each has a small line along the top, such as “Help yourself!” or “Take one — you earned it.”
The 10 event signs are smaller, at 5 x 7 in, to stand on a table: Teacher Appreciation Week, Coffee Bar, Sweet Treats, Help Yourself!, You Deserve a Break! and Our Teachers Rock! among them. The bonus pieces add six 8 x 8 in square signs and one more classroom poster.
Small pieces to give
The 20 gift tags are 2 x 3.5 in, with a printed circle at the top that shows where to punch the hole. The 20 mini thank-you cards are 3.5 x 5 in. Both have To and From lines. The 10 labels are 2.5 in squares with short lines like “Thanks a latte!”, “You rock!” and “So grateful for you.”
Printing
Print at 100% or “Actual size,” not “Fit to page,” which is the most common reason a tag comes out the wrong size. The guide suggests plain or matte paper for the posters and signs, and 200 to 250 gsm card stock for the tags, cards and labels. Every piece has a margin built in, so a normal printer won’t clip anything, and the cut sheets have dashed guides for a paper trimmer or scissors.
The PNG files are there for anything that isn’t a home printer: a slide, a school newsletter or a photo print order. The colors sit on a warm cream background and can shift a little between screen and printer.
